The presentation of an ID at the hotel is mandatory due to the VIZA data reporting obligation. We are unable to accommodate guests who do not present a valid ID.

If you are travelling with a baby or small child, we can provide you with a cot with bars, folding cot, baby bath, baby step, bathrobe and bed linen free of charge, which you can request from housekeeping or from reception. Tel.: 42

Our hotel rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning.

The bathrobes in the rooms can be used free of charge and are changed once a week. If you need an extra change of bathrobe (HUF 4,000/extra change) or a different size, please contact housekeeping or reception. Tel.: 42

Towels are changed once a day subject to the following: Towel on the floor: “replace please” / Towel on the holder: “I’ll reuse this”.

Sauna sheet: available in the spa area.

Disposable razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste can be requested at reception. Tel.: 42

You can also request a non-slip mat and a bathroom chair at reception or from housekeeping. Tel.: 42

Bed linen is changed once a week. Extra bed linen changes on request; please call reception. Tel.: 42

Allergy-free bed linen can be requested from housekeeping or at reception. Tel.: 42

If you need a blanket, or an extra pillow please contact housekeeping or reception. We have feather and memory foam pillows available. Tel.: 42

Please specify how you want us to clean your room by hanging the relevant instruction card on your door handle each day. The rooms are cleaned every day between 8:00 and 14:00.

The hotel may charge an extra fee if the room is left in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness (e.g. pet hair, stained mattress, etc.).

'Eco room refresh' service: Change of towels, emptying the waste bin and refilling bathroom toiletries.

'Full daily clean' service: Complete cleaning.

'Thanks, no need for cleaning': No cleaning required.

If you fail to hang the sign on the handle, the room will be updated automatically with the 'Eco' service.

Fire alarms and extinguishers are installed on all floors of the hotel. In the event of a fire, an alarm will sound. If it does, please follow the escape route posted on the inside of the room door to the nearest emergency exit and leave the hotel via the staircase as soon as possible.

The laundry is open from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. During opening hours, an ironing service within one hour is available upon request. A sewing service is also available during opening hours. Any clothes you give to the maid for washing by 9:00 AM, will be cleaned within 24 hours on working days. The laundry is closed on weekends and holidays, so clothes dropped off on Friday can be picked up on the first working day of the following week. If you’d like the clothes back on the same day, we charge a 50% express surcharge. You’ll find a laundry price list in the wardrobe. If you’d like to use the service, please contact reception. Use of the safe in your room and at reception is free of charge. We only accept liability for objects placed in safes!

Each room has a sewing kit in the wardrobe. If you need help repairing any badly torn items of clothing, you can use our sewing service.

An automatic shoe shine machine is available for our guests at the main entrance. You’ll find a shoe cleaning sponge and a shoe scooper in your wardrobe.

On request, we can provide you with slippers for a small charge. Please contact reception or housekeeping. Tel.: 42

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel’s enclosed areas (including in the guest rooms), common areas and on the room balconies, as well as in all the hotel’s open areas, except for the designated smoking areas. If a guest smokes in a no-smoking area, the hotel may charge them a fine of €250, which it is entitled to add to the room bill, payable at check-out.

Tap water is drinkable in Hungary. In most parts of the country, including Sárvár, its quality is excellent, consume it!
