Mud packing is mainly recommended for the treatment of locomotive disorders and chronic inflammation. The mixture is made from the dried mud and medicinal water of the Hévíz lake. This is cooled down to 38-40 °C and is applied during a 20 minute packing. Mud packing is also excellent for relaxation after a doctors consultation.

Physiotherapy is probably one of the most effective treatments in the recovery process. In our hotels we have highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists who are able to prescribe active and passive exercises as well as mobilization.

The salt cave is constructed specially with rocks of salt from the Dead Sea and is an excellent therapy for relaxation, many medical conditions and for boosting the immune system. The salt in the grotto creates a specific air without microclimats, the particles in the air effectively cleaning the respiratory system. Beside the advantageous negative ionisation, the air in the cave includes: iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium and many more elements. The colour therapy, installed in the cave has a great influence on your good mental state.
1. The swimming pool complex is open from 06:30 AM till 08:30 PM.
2. Before entering the swimming pool, please use the shower and the foot-disinfector. Please, wear swimdress in the pools. Sauna can be entered only after shower, without swimsuit or slippers. Please do not use the sauna-bench without towel!
3. Please have your meal and drink only at the appointed area by the coffee shop and the restaurant.
4. It is PROHIBITED:
· to smoke in the whole territory of the medical department,
· to bring along animals in the whole territory of medical department,
· to walk around in street-shoes in the swimming-pool area and in the fitness room,
· to jump into the pools, to splash or to play any ball-game,
· to allow children into the pool under the age of 2 years (due to hygienic reasons), unless they wear special bathing-napkin
· children can enter the Spa territory with their parents.
· to use the swimming pool in case of infectious skin-disease or open skin injury. Using the spa pool is not recommended for children under 14 years of age
5 We recommend using bathing cap.
6. Please take care of the swimming-pool’s order and of each others’ physical condition.
We ask that you only place towels and other items on the loungers while bathing.
The hotel reserves the right to have its staff collect any items from the loungers that have been left unattended, which guests can request
to be returned to them at the spa reception desk.
