The presentation of an ID at the hotel is mandatory due to the VIZA data reporting obligation. We are unable to accommodate guests who do not present a valid ID.

Every hotel room is equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted individually.

Bed linen is changed every 3 days.

Daily change of bed linen is available on request from the maid.

The use of bathrobes in the rooms is free of charge. In case of frequent replacement, we charge a washing fee (1 500,- HUF / occasion).

You can request a toothbrush and toothpaste from the housekeeping or at the reception. Dial: 8461, 8497

Please specify how you want us to clean your room by hanging the relevant instruction card on your door handle each day.

• 'Eco room refresh' service: Change of towels, emptying the waste bin and refilling bathroom toiletries.
• 'Full daily clean' service: Complete cleaning.
• 'Thanks, no need for cleaning': No cleaning required.

If you fail to hang the sign on the handle, the room will be updated automatically with the 'Eco' service.

The electric current is 230 V/50 Hz. The current available in the bathroom is only suitable for the use of a razor, all other appliances should be inserted into plugs in the room.

Every floor in the hotel is furnished with fire alarm equipment and fire extinguisher, and there is a smoke detector in every room. In case of fire the guests are alarmed by a siren sound and are requested to leave the hotel as soon as possible through the nearest emergency exit by following the escape route shown on the emergency escape map on the back of the room door.

All our rooms are equipped with hairdryers. In the rooms for disabled persons (101, 201, 301, 401) it is placed in the wardrobe.

Kettle, non-slip, bathroom chair, extra blanket, extra pillow (anti-allergenic and feather) and washable bedside mat available on request from the housekeeping. Anti-allergic bed linen is provided in the rooms. Dial: 8461, 8497, 8498

The rooms have a minibar fridge, which can be filled up upon request. During your stay, we will gladly stock your minibar, by designating the desired items from our selection.

All room rate includes the breakfast. The buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant 7 AM-10 AM Upon request, your breakfast can be delivered to your room by room service for an additional fee of 1 000 HUF per occasion. Dial: 8422

Safes in the room and at the reception may be used free of charge. We take no responsibility for any objects not placed in a safe.

Sewing kits are available in the wardrobes in every room. In case your clothes have suffered a considerable damage, do not hesitate to take advantage of the sewing services in the laundry.

There are shoe shining kerchief in the rooms and shoe cleaning machine in the lobby of the hotel.

The entire hotel, including the balconies, is non-smoking. Look for smoking areas designed in accordance with Hungarian law near the entrances! In Hungary, the law on the protection of non-smokers is very strict, our hotel has the right to impose a fine for violating the smoking rules, the amount of which can reach 250 euros.

Telephone: You can call all domestic and foreign numbers directly from your room. The call will be charged to your room invoice.  Please pay attention to the information leaflet placed next to the telephone.

TV: Pre-programmed channels. After selecting “TV Channels”, a list of programmed channels appears on the screen.

Radio: Radio programs can be heard through the close circuit television network.

Tap water is drinkable in Hungary. In most parts of the country, including Sárvár, its quality is excellent, consume it!

Most visitors to Sárvár come here for the famous thermal waters. But it’s also worth taking a longer stroll through the 9-hectare arboretum, with its lush vegetation and unique flora. The centuries-old botanical gardens feature ancient trees, interesting plant life and a natural lake.
