1. A valid room reservation at an Ensana hotel, confirmed by the system through the official Ensana website, is a prerequisite for claiming the guarantee.

2. The rate confirmed through the official Ensana website ("Ensana Rate") and the lower rate ("Comparison Rate") must apply to the same hotel, room type, number of guests per room, and booking period (arrival date and length of stay). The rates must also be subject to identical payment and cancellation conditions, taxes and other charges, and must include the same services and package components.

3. The Comparison Rate must be found on a website independent of Ensana within 24 hours of receiving the electronic confirmation sent by Ensana, and the Best Rate Guarantee claim must be submitted in writing within that period.

4. The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to a room type that is identical to the room type bookable on the official Ensana website. The room offered on the comparison website must have the same amenities, location, view, bed type, occupancy capacity, and size.

5. Only one Best Rate Guarantee claim may be made per stay. A "stay" means consecutive nights spent by the same guest or guests at the same hotel without interruption.

6. Ensana will verify the Comparison Rate by 5:00 p.m. (hotel local time) on the first business day following receipt of the claim and will notify the claimant of the outcome. Claims must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to hotel check-in.

7. If the lower rate is verified and the claim is found to be valid, Ensana will adjust the price of the reservation previously confirmed on its website to match the lower rate and will send a confirmation of the modification.

8. The Comparison Rate must be publicly available, accessible to the general public, and verifiable by Ensana.

9. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

a. Non-public rates that are not available to the general public, such as corporate or group rates.

b. Discounted rates offered exclusively to a restricted group of guests under predefined conditions, including senior citizen rates, public sector employee rates, or loyalty member rates.

c. Additional extension-night rates linked to package offers.

d. Rates subsidized by health insurance providers or health funds.

e. Contracted rates for stays exceeding 30 nights.

f. Rates available through auction websites.

g. Rates available on "opaque" websites, where the accommodation provider is disclosed only after the booking has been finalized.

10. The Comparison Rate must still be available at the time of verification. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to price differences resulting solely from currency exchange fluctuations.

11. For multi-night stays, the comparison is based on the total accommodation cost for the entire stay. Accordingly, only one Best Rate Guarantee claim may be made based on the total stay price.

12. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to rates displayed on the official Ensana website (ensanahotels.com).

13. Ensana reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice. However, any claims already submitted or approved prior to the discontinuation of the guarantee will remain unaffected.
