A charging station for electric cars is available directly in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Do not hesitate to use it at any time to charge the battery of your personal vehicle. Children are warmly welcomed at Esplanade Ensana Health Spa Hotel. For the comfort of all guests, however, we ask parents to always accompany children under the age of 12 in the hotel areas. The hotel is equipped with electric fire alarm, fire extinguishers and hydrants. There are smoke detectors in all hotel rooms and public areas, which are very sensitive and can be activated even after lighting a cigarette.

Please note the fire evacuation plan located by the entrance door to the room. The place where you are and then the way to the escape exit is marked with a red cross. In the corridors, the nearest emergency exits and the direction to them are marked with green direction signs. In case of danger, use the nearest exit.

In order to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone, Hotel Esplanade Ensana Health Spa is a non-smoking hotel with all indoor area, as well as all the objects and facilities of Slovak Health Spa Piešťany, Inc.

Smoking is prohibited in public areas, hotel rooms and also on balconies. We charge a cleaning fee of 200 € for non-compliance with this regulation. Smoking is allowed in designated areas, specifically on the terrace of the Park Café.
