This programme includes a selection of traditional treatments combined with physical activities and therapeutic methods to help relieve stiffness, improve mobility and foster independence and self-care. Under the supervision of our healthcare professionals, doctors and physiotherapists, guests are guided through an individually curated healing programme that can be continued at home.
