Останавливаемся в отеле уже не первый раз. Устраивает все. Но есть несколько моментов, которые снижают общую оценку.
Ранее халаты меняли раз с 5-6 дней. В этот раз не меняли. Изменилась концепция?
К ассортименту еды в ресторане нет претензий, но некоторые блюда излишне соленые.
При бронировании медицинских процедур при переписке была озвучена скидка 15% от общей цены пакета из 6 процедур 132.2 € со скидкой 15% как члена клуба Ensana life silver member. Я несколько раз уточнила при бронировании и.. уже непосредственно в отеле, что скидка применяется. Однако в счете обозначена цена 59000 форинтов, что является полной ценой пакета процедур без скидки. Очень неприятно.
Также хотелось бы обратить внимание персонала, что некоторые гости отеля входят в обуви практически в бассейны, что нарушает гигиену.

Regarding the bathrobe replacement, we would like to inform you that in our hotel bathrobes are changed once a week. As you stayed with us for 8 nights, we sincerely apologize if this schedule caused any discomfort.
We have forwarded your comment about the overly salty dishes to our kitchen team so they can pay closer attention to seasoning in the future.
We are very sorry that an error occurred with the billing of your medical treatment packages. The 15% discount associated with your Ensana Life Silver membership should have been applied, but unfortunately it was omitted by mistake. The full price of each 6-treatment package is HUF 59,000 per person, and the discount amount is HUF 8,850 per person.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight and would like to provide the discount retroactively. You may choose between the following options:
We can refund the amount to the VISA card used for payment, or
We can deduct the amount from the invoice of your next stay.
Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will process it immediately.
We also take your feedback about guests entering the pool area with shoes very seriously. Our staff will be reminded again to maintain stricter supervision in these areas to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all our guests.
