We really enjoyed the hotel, the breakfast and the spa. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, one elevator did not work and was not repaired for 3 days. Which created queues and a long wait for the elevator. I would also like to point out that the pillows are old and squashed and not comfortable to sleep on. I would also like to draw your attention to the chopped fruit salad that was spoiled for two days, even though on the first day I asked one of the waitresses to notify the kitchen. Kind regards Ilana
