We live in Budapest, and I didn't plan to stay at a hotel but wanted to visit the hot springs. I chose Heviz Hotel because I had a good experience staying there before. Thermal Margaret hotel,s The hot springs were large, clean, and excellent. The room was simple, and I especially liked the firmness of the bed. stuff also very kind

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel, though one specific incident during breakfast prevents me from giving a higher rating. ​Service & Staff: The team here is excellent. From check-in to check-out, the staff remained highly professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. ​Cleanliness: I was very impressed with the upkeep of the property. Both the room and the common areas were spotless. ​Dining: Overall, the food quality was high. Most meals were delicious and well-prepared. ​The Issue ​Unfortunately, my experience was dampened during breakfast one morning when the fruit salad served was spoiled.

I appreciated the peace and quiet, both in the room and in the spa area, which made the stay extremely relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable , the food was delicious, and I valued the fact that the rules are clearly respected, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The service was okay. The dinner was sometimes cold. It's a shame we didn't know there was a discount for friends. It's not mentioned anywhere in the hotel, not even in the spa.

We have stayed here several times before. This time it was for my mother's birthday. The hotel surprised her with a small bottle of sparkling wine, fruit, and chocolates. She was truly delighted with this thoughtful gesture. The days we spent at the hotel and spa were very pleasant and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
