Everything was great except of one thing - elevators. There were two main elevators and one of them was broken. There were two service elevators, but only one was operational. I think that for such a huge facility, elevators should be fast and operational. Fortunately I was on the third floor so I could take stairs, but I can’t imagine being on let’s say 7th floor and wait each time for an elevator. If you ask me, this is what you should definitely improve.

The only thing that bothered me was the elevator. One elevator was not working and it was always very crowded in the other elevator or we had to wait for it.

Clean room, good breakfast. Unfortunately, the elevator is very low and it worked only one even if it was the New Year and the hotel was full. Also, the service charge at the bar it s not ok when the client takes a cake or a drink by himself and he is not served at the table. Tha service charge should be optional.
