The Highlight: Exceptional Service
The standout moment of my trip happened right at check-in. The front desk clerk went above and beyond by upgrading me to a Junior Suite. This gesture completely transformed my stay, providing a level of comfort and luxury that made the trip truly memorable.
Beyond the upgrade, the entire staff deserves a shout-out. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everyone was consistently nice, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that feels this cohesive and dedicated to guest satisfaction.
Dining & Value
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the dining experience. I found the food to be "okay" to less than satisfactory at times.
Specifically regarding the buffet dinner:
Price Point: 12,000 HUF per person.
The Issue: At this price point, I found it disappointing that basic beverages like juices and other small soft drinks were not included.
Expectation: While I understand charging extra for alcohol, including standard non-alcoholic drinks should be a given for a premium buffet at this rate.
Despite the food being a bit underwhelming, the services were nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. The suite upgrade and the warmth of the staff outweighed the dining issues, making this a very good experience overall.
