I appreciated the peace and quiet, both in the room and in the spa area, which made the stay extremely relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable , the food was delicious, and I valued the fact that the rules are clearly respected, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The service was okay. The dinner was sometimes cold. It's a shame we didn't know there was a discount for friends. It's not mentioned anywhere in the hotel, not even in the spa.

We have stayed here several times before. This time it was for my mother's birthday. The hotel surprised her with a small bottle of sparkling wine, fruit, and chocolates. She was truly delighted with this thoughtful gesture. The days we spent at the hotel and spa were very pleasant and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Hi The stay was very pleasant except a small problem. When we arrived home on Friday my wife noticed some bites on her belly. These are bedbug bites. We did not stop in our way home anywhere, so we suppose that those bites came from the bed in the hotel. We have also a picture from the affected area. It is not my first time in your hotel and i was always satisfied with the quality and service. This is a very serious problem please treat it accordingly. Based on this detailed examination, we can confirm that no signs of bedbugs or infestation were found.
