The staff from Ensana Hotel was very kind and helpful, initially we’ve booked at The Grand and due to fact that was cold after the first night they were kind and we could move at Ensana Thermal Margret Island.
The location on the island is very good and we had the surprise to see also deers near to the hotel.
The food was average, good but not extra, you have many options, I’ve expected more healthy options here like more seeds, more delicious smoothies that can be associated with a place that promote health in general.The dinner was average also, the food was oily and tasteless.
Spa area unfortunately is outdated, also need to invest more in the fitness machines because it was really hard to use them and the Spa need to be the core benefit of the hotel. I appreciate that the gym is cleans and very luminous and it was really nice to be inside and see the snow.
We booked from the reception red light therapy sauna that was included, but the space was really small and claustrophobic and the red light is not functioning properly.
The hotel has a big potential, but need to prioritize the Spa area, gym and healthy tasty food more, the spa is 3/5 but staff was very kind and helpful.
