I frequently stay in hotels, but my experience at the Ensana Thermal Hotel on Margaret Island far exceeded all my expectations. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The reception team was fast, kind, and highly professional. Check-in and check-out were seamless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every employee was cheerful, smiling, and incredibly attentive. They provided a level of service that was both extremely thoughtful and wonderfully discreet (never intrusive). I have genuinely never experienced this combination of attentiveness and discretion before. Everyone was endlessly respectful of privacy. The rooms were fantastic, especially the terrace attached to the room, which was a joy to use. Another highlight is the location and views. You can see the Danube on both sides of the hotel. The parking facilities are also very good. Overall, this hotel is a masterclass in professional, yet genuinely kind, hospitality. I highly recommend it!
