We had a wonderful stay at Ensana and truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the spa facilities were excellent — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The thermal pools were a highlight for us. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Overall stay was nice. Sometimes we had to wait long for the lift.

Good and clean hotel, friendly staff. BUT, my wife had a birthday on check in date.. nothing was about that. Usually piece of cake, sweets pr at least smrh is presented by hotel. This time, for the 1st time - nothing. It was strange.
