The Highlight: Exceptional Service ​The standout moment of my trip happened right at check-in. The front desk clerk went above and beyond by upgrading me to a Junior Suite. This gesture completely transformed my stay, providing a level of comfort and luxury that made the trip truly memorable. ​Beyond the upgrade, the entire staff deserves a shout-out. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everyone was consistently nice, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that feels this cohesive and dedicated to guest satisfaction. ​Dining & Value ​If there is one area for improvement, it would be the dining experience. I found the food to be "okay" to less than satisfactory at times. ​Specifically regarding the buffet dinner: ​Price Point: 12,000 HUF per person. ​The Issue: At this price point, I found it disappointing that basic beverages like juices and other small soft drinks were not included. ​Expectation: While I understand charging extra for alcohol, including standard non-alcoholic drinks should be a given for a premium buffet at this rate. Despite the food being a bit underwhelming, the services were nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. The suite upgrade and the warmth of the staff outweighed the dining issues, making this a very good experience overall.

Room was wonderful, perfect temp, comfortable bed, slept better than ever. Pool was perfect and sauna was great. Breakfast buffet was marvelous. We’ll be back.

All fine, hotel room , spa , restaurant. One little problem : matrix on the bed, somehow is softer on the side and harder in the middle . Like you are about to fell out !!
