I am the owner of silver loyalty card so that means that we are regular guests in Ensana Margit-Sziget hotel during last two years. That also means that we are generally satisfied and did not notice any lowering of quality so far.

Very nice and cozy hotel, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Thermal area is at a very high level. Massages are done by professionals. We extended our stay by a day because we felt very comfortable. The only drawback was one working elevator for the entire hotel. I rate this as very inadequate.

Very satisfying. The only problem was with the front desk when we checked out on Sunday afternoon. The guy there( no name tag) wasn’t nice. Not helpful.

The stay was very successful. But the temperature inside the room and hotel was very much too high. And AC did not help.
