Very well organised, even with high load (just after new year). Perfect breakfast buffet, ckean and nice room, very good and friendly service. Nice and clean spa area. Only negative point was one (out of two) broken elevator which let to some waiting time going up and down.

Excellent location, a realy 4 stars hotel, nice rooms, tasty and varied breakfast, decent spa conditions. Plus: we had a problem with our booking, which was promptly solved by the reservation manager. In conclusion, a very pleasant experience!

We very like this hotel and visit it third time Unfortunately, lift didi’t work many days On my opinion needs to be improved variety of food and service of spa sometimes very crowded
