Everything was great except the wait for the elevator. It is unclear why the hotel only has one elevator. Why don't they fix the other one. This is wrong

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary malfunction of one of our elevators during your visit. Unfortunately, the issue was more complex than initially expected, and despite continuous work by our technical team and external specialists, the repair required additional time. We fully understand how uncomfortable it must have been to use the stairs frequently. We are pleased to inform you that the elevator has since been successfully repaired by our specialists and is now back in full operation. Thank you again for your feedback.
