The only thing that bothered me was the elevator. One elevator was not working and it was always very crowded in the other elevator or we had to wait for it.

It was really good overall, only complaints - the pool and the dining are are a bit overcrowded.

Clean room, good breakfast. Unfortunately, the elevator is very low and it worked only one even if it was the New Year and the hotel was full. Also, the service charge at the bar it s not ok when the client takes a cake or a drink by himself and he is not served at the table. Tha service charge should be optional.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were lovely, polite, helpful and kind. Room and view was fabulous and you had made a bed up for our daughter, which was great. Buffet breakfast was very good, excellent selection and loved all the fresh fruit. Spa facilities were very clean and lots of different areas. Hotel and room were very clean. Also loved the location as outside the hustle and bustle in nice, green space. Easy access to landmarks by bus or walking.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the atmosphere, facilities and friendliness of the staff. The hotel ambience and thermal spa were very good and very relaxing. One area for improvement is clarity around online bookings and add-ons. I found the website and payment structure confusing, which led to stress before arrival and additional charges on-site. Clearer itemisation and confirmation would greatly improve the guest experience. Also, signage in the spa area could be improved. At the spa entrance, shoe covers were displayed without English explanation or visual guidance, which caused confusion. Adding English text or simple pictograms would be very helpful for international guests. Despite these points, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the professionalism of the on-site staff.
