The hotel is located in a very beautiful area.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the food was tasty, and the spa was good.
However, a day before arrival I contacted the hotel in writing to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, and to this day I have not received any reply.
The room was on the 8th floor. It was very hot inside, the air conditioning was barely noticeable, and there was almost no internet in the room.
The bathroom door did not close, and there was a constant water leak in the shower.
The hotel’s maintenance needs improvement.
