We had a great time at your hotel, until the beginning of our stay. On January 31st, in the afternoon, we arrived at the Aqua Thermal reception. There, the receptionist told us that we did not have a reservation at Aqua Thermal, but at the Thermal Heviz hotel. I tried to explain to him that we had a reservation at your hotel, I also had an e-mail reservation. Then we went to Thermal Heviz, where we were received by the receptionist, Mr. Janos, to whom I explained that they must have made a mistake with the reservations. Mr. Janos solved our problem very promptly and we returned to Aqua Thermal, where we spent a wonderful 4 days. Many thanks again, Mr. JANOS. But we will definitely come back here!!!!
