Everything was perfect, clean rooms, excellent food and friendly staff. And a very nice and successful reconstruction of the thermal pools and relaxation area. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I have been visiting your hotel for a long time, once or twice a year. I am sorry that a visitor who books a stay for the first time has a better promotional price than a guest who uses the hotel more often and is, for example, a Bronze loyalty member. I do not consider this fair. The hotel and the services are fine and I am happy to return.

The hotel is great, the stuff ,the location but the buffet is poor. Also, we were informed that the main pool will be closed due to removation but the work started earlier than we were told about. So we couldn't use it for most of our staying. The hotel didn't offer anything instead to minorise this lack.
