I have been visiting your hotel for a long time, once or twice a year. I am sorry that a visitor who books a stay for the first time has a better promotional price than a guest who uses the hotel more often and is, for example, a Bronze loyalty member. I do not consider this fair. The hotel and the services are fine and I am happy to return.
