We came for 3 nights. It was a first time in Heviz. A small misunderstanding with our reservation at the beginning, but we were satisfied after all. Spa service is very nice, we had a hot oil massage - super, mud procedure - very interesting. All hotel facitilites are ok, clean. Staff - I must pay a compliment to your F&B staff. They are extremely patient with so many guests and constantly all day a long. Housekeeping does extra job - clean even no need . Spa staff is also very kind.

We had a lovely time at the hotel — the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the thermal pools were a real great. However, breakfast could be improved by adding fresh fruit, and the restaurant should pay more attention to refilling empty dishes and bowls. Also, extending the pool hours until 9 PM would be a great touch. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to limited spaces.
