Check-in to the room and beginning of services at 3:00 p.m. on the arrival day, check-out and end of services at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day. Storage facilities for your luggage are available at the reception.
If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, an additional fee of 22000 HUF/room will be charged
Hungary, PIestany, Sovata: Early check-in supplement: valid on the arrival day from 10 am to 3 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.
Late check-out supplement: valid on the departure day from 11 am to 4 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.
Rates for children with half board, the third bed is extra bed or cot in parent’s room:
• 0-5,99 years old free of charge,
• 6-11,99 years old 45 EUR per child per nights.
Families with 3-4 children will be accommodated in two separate rooms. Two single rooms will be charged for the parents plus the children according to the above child policy.
We apologize, but at the moment the hotel does not offer transfer service.
Please check directly with the selected hotel. Some of our hotels are contracted by the local NHS.
Prices include VAT. The local city tax is not included and has to be paid at the hotel reception. The city tax is HUF 830 /person/night (for guests above 18 years of age).
You can park your car at the barrier-controlled enclosed car park in front of the hotel. Parking fees are 3000 HUF/day. For stays of 7 nights and more, the parking is free of charge.
You may pay with cash in the local currency, credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro, American Express). For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
Our hotel accepts small pets at an additional charge of 30 EUR per night.
- Pets can be brought into the hotel. They can be kept in the hotel rooms and, under the supervision of the guest, they can use the common areas to access the guest’s room, but they may not be taken into any of the other premises (restaurant, swimming pool, etc).
- The guest will be held fully liable for any damage caused by his/her pet
- Max. 1 pet per room
- Cats and dogs only
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier basket in the common areas of the hotel.
- When booking your room, please let us know that you intend to bring your pet with you.
