How to improve the overall services:
Ensure that ALL spar facilities are available !
I am a silver member and have already visited Ensana Heviz on 4 occasions this year already for medical reasons totalling 9 nights.
On the first visit the INFRA RED SAUNA was broken. On the second visit the STEAM ROOM was broken.
Now last week the STEAM ROOM AND AROUMA SAUNA is under repair.
When I booked my holiday through booking.com (your rates even as member are much higher than booking.com) there was no mentioned of any spar facility being in repair, renovated etc..
I would strongly recommend that you communicate in booking.com any facilities which will not be available so that your guests can choose whether they wish for a restricted spa service.
Not only was the two facilities last week not working but the spar area was under construction which meant dust and the pungent smell of glue throughout the large sauna area. That is unacceptable!
I would also recommend that I receive either a refund or vouchers for the 5 nights for my next visit.
