We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. The unstable Wi-Fi connection and the lack of proper housekeeping service over seven days are far below our standards, and we fully understand your disappointment. Your comments have already been forwarded to our technical and housekeeping departments so we can take immediate corrective action, including reviewing the router capacity and ensuring more consistent room cleaning routines. We also appreciate your remark regarding the daily change of sauna and wellness sheets. This is an important point, and we will review our procedures to ensure that guests always receive fresh towels and sheets when needed.
