I’m a silver member but apart from Lazlo on reception nobody knows when I arrive who I am. The CRM lady sitting in the entrance doesn’t greet the guests let alone try to engage to create a customer experience. But what made my stay was seeing this lady leave her desk for the first time in 5 years at least and come down to the breakfast room, all dressed up fine and greet everyone 😀. The reason I learned later was because the senior Ensana management were visiting the herviz hotel. So she was just showboating for their benefit not us guests

1. Food was dry and cold at some occasions. 2. Water wasn’t exist at the meals. 3. Massage - I ordered Full body medical massage, I told the masseur according to her question, that I prefer to focus at the shoulder and back. but , actually I got a general light massage .

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the comfortable room, the daily service, and the overall cleanliness. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent, with high-quality food that was always well prepared. We also loved spending time in the saunas and the thermal pool with hot water. However, the water in the bathroom tap was not stable and often switched from cold to very hot, which made showering difficult. Another thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floor in front of the swimming pool. Overall, though, we had a very good experience and would be happy to come back. ⸻ ✅ a headline “ pleasant stay with great food and wellness”
