Perfect balneo and wellness, well maintained beautiful hotel, overall well trained personnel. Big space for improvement in the restaurant in terms of quality and variety of food. Friday dinner with the “Slovak evening” I felt like going back 40 years in time. Think about how to modernise your food and replace the chef.

It’s the 14 times that we are coming to Thermia Palace Hotel, every December we are there 😁with Many friends. We enjoy it very much. This time we had problems with the elevator to our room 136, during the day and at night. We went to the reception and they tried to help, not every time Succeeded. Great stay. One minor issue was the fact that it is apparently forbidden to swim in the swimming pool in the wellness area.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at Ensana Thermia Palace. We sincerely regret that the situation in the wellness area negatively affected your overall impression of your stay. Please allow us to clarify that the indoor pool in our wellness zone is not officially classified as a swimming pool. Due to the higher water temperature (approximately 32°C), its depth, and the absence of designated swimming lanes, it is not intended for continuous lap swimming. We standardly inform our guests of this in advance. However, we are truly sorry that the manner in which this information was conveyed made you feel unwelcome. This is certainly not our intention. Please be assured that the water around the pool is mopped regularly, and our lifeguards will be re-instructed to handle similar situations with greater sensitivity, respect, and a focus on guest comfort. We truly appreciate that you enjoyed our other wellness services, particularly the sauna world. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us continuously improve the quality of our services. I had a very pleasant experience overall, staff is very friendly and helpful, whether in the reception, restaurant, spa treatments, room service or wellness center. Treatments in Irma of a decent quality, food is very good. I was a bit surprised, that having a dog with me in the room was the reason for not cleaning my room during the day, however when I asked in the reception in the evening at least basic cleaning (cleaning trash) was done in the evening, no other service was however done in the evening. Being lactose-intolerant, I would also suggest to consider including some lactose free dish/daily food in the Alexander Cafe for those who face similar intolerance, there is a wide choice of lactose free ingredients available nowadays.

Some activities are not appropriate for relaxation and healing Body/Mind/Soul for example “fashion parade “ on 18/7/25 for patients.Level of noice rehearsal started from 3 pm. Could not use outside swimming pool from 3pm till 8pm. Fashion parade fee was charged to our room. We have donated but not needed in the end. My family and me coming to spa since 1995 even longer. My parents since 1960.👍
