I had a very pleasant experience overall, staff is very friendly and helpful, whether in the reception, restaurant, spa treatments, room service or wellness center. Treatments in Irma of a decent quality, food is very good. I was a bit surprised, that having a dog with me in the room was the reason for not cleaning my room during the day, however when I asked in the reception in the evening at least basic cleaning (cleaning trash) was done in the evening, no other service was however done in the evening. Being lactose-intolerant, I would also suggest to consider including some lactose free dish/daily food in the Alexander Cafe for those who face similar intolerance, there is a wide choice of lactose free ingredients available nowadays.
