Our Hormonal Balance Programme helps you restore equilibrium by combining expert medical guidance with a holistic blend of natural therapies. It is designed to ease symptoms of menopause, perimenopause, and other hormonal shifts – supporting your body, mind, and emotions in harmony.

Programme Details:

Minimum stay of 7 nights (6 days of treatment), though we recommend 14 nights (12 days of treatment) for optimal results.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner
Initial medical consultation and personalised monitoring.
In-depth medical check-up and a full hormonal profile analysis (via blood tests).
Four treatments per day (covering recovery, spa, and balneal therapies), totalling 24 throughout the programme.
Two acupuncture sessions per week.
Morning gymnastics sessions (held at Bear Lake or in the gym)
Teas that stimulate wellbeing and hormonal rebalancing are included.
