Programme Details:

Suggested length of stay is 7 nights, minimum 6 nights (including 18 treatments in total).

Meal Plan: Half Board with breakfast and dinner.

Initial & Final Medical Check-Up: Comprehensive physician consultation and a specialist skin assessment by a dermatologist.

Specialist Consultations: Follow-up consultations with a dermatology specialist during your stay.

Natural Healing Therapies: Daily treatments as prescribed, including: Salt Water Baths and Sapropelic Mud Wraps.

Regeneration & Nutrition: Therapeutic Rehabilitation (7 sessions per week, including individual or group physiotherapy, guided exercise, or outdoor activities) and Nutritional & Lifestyle Guidance (Personalised recommendations from our dermatologist).

Salt Water Baths: We utilise the unique, hyper-saline water of Sovata. These therapeutic baths help reduce inflammation, soothe itching, enhance skin hydration, and stimulate microcirculation - providing a natural foundation for skin healing.
Sapropelic Mud Wraps: This therapeutic mud, rich in minerals, has powerful anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. It helps reduce scaling and redness, promotes skin regeneration, and provides deep relaxation.
Optional Add-On Therapies: Based on your doctor's recommendation, your plan can be enhanced with treatments such as PUVA phototherapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, salt cave sessions, or oxygen therapy.
