HotelThermal Aqua
We had a great time at your hotel, until the beginning of our stay. On January 31st, in the afternoon, we arrived at the Aqua Thermal reception. There, the receptionist told us that we did not have a reservation at Aqua Thermal, but at the Thermal Heviz hotel. I tried to explain to him that we had a reservation at your hotel, I also had an e-mail reservation. Then we went to Thermal Heviz, where we were received by the receptionist, Mr. Janos, to whom I explained that they must have made a mistake with the reservations. Mr. Janos solved our problem very promptly and we returned to Aqua Thermal, where we spent a wonderful 4 days. Many thanks again, Mr. JANOS. But we will definitely come back here!!!! Thank you

The new rooms are beautiful. The food is delicious, but not at the same level as in previous years. In my review of the accommodation from last year, I suggested the following: "A wall clock or two would be useful in the relaxation area in the sauna area. Also, an extra drinking water dispenser." Although I can understand that an additional water dispenser costs some money (which could be covered from increasingly expensive parking fees), there is no excuse for not installing a suitable wall clock! ;)

Do something with restaurant because the diner is not goid. We were in many hotels in my life but this hotel had very bad diner the first 4 day ftom 6 days. Sorry for the complain. Other things was very good in the hotel.
