Check-in and start of services from 3 pm on the day of arrival

Supplement to the Early check-in service: on the day of arrival from 8 am to 3 pm it is possible to use the spa facilities of the hotel (without food and beverages).

Early check-in 8 am - 10 am is charged at 60 € / room.

Early check-in 10 am - 12 am is charged at 40 € / room.

Early check-in 12 am - 3 pm is charged at 20 € / room.

Check-out and end of service by 11 am on the day of departure

Late check-out service supplement: on the day of departure from 11 am to 4 pm it is possible to use the spa facilities of the hotel (without food and beverages).

Late check-out 11 am - 2 pm is charged at 30 € / room.

Late check-out 2 pm - 6 pm is charged at 60 € / room.

Luggage storage is available at reception.

Surcharge for the view 50 € (unrepeated)

Surcharge per floor 50 € (unrepeated)

Supplement for a fixed room 100 € (unrepeated)

Children under 3,99 years of age are accommodated free of charge without bed claim.

The price for a stay from a child from 4 to 12.99 years is determined on the basis of currently valid prices for hotel accommodation with breakfast or half board or All Inclusive.

Children under 18 years with booked Child package will be treated after previous confirmation by spa doctor and only with accompanying adult (same gender).

If 1 adult is accommodated with one child or 2 children in 1 room or 2 adults with 2 children in 2 rooms, adults pay the rate for a single room. Rates for children are as above.

Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 30% of your stay.

Guarantee policy: We will charge your credit card with 50% of the booking amount at the time of the reservation.

Cancellation policy: The reservation can't be cancelled free of charge as a 50% deposit is required at the time of the booing. The reservation can be modified upon availability and price difference.

We will arrange your transport by car from the airport to the hotel with pleasure. For more information, please, contact the hotel directly.

Please check directly with the selected hotel. Some of our hotels are contracted by the local NHS.

Local tax is 2 € per person per night and has to be paid at arrival.

Local tax for a child aged 0-18 years is 0,20 € per person per night and has to be paid at arrival.

We gladly provide a 5% discount for our guests who are booking more than 21 nights of stay in Piešťany, Smrdáky or Mariánské Lázně, more than 14 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata,
and a 10% discount for our guests who are booking more than 28 nights of stay in Piešťany or Smrdáky, or more than 21 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata.

In order to prescribe the correct treatments, a medical check-up and examination by our doctor is obligatory in each of our hotels. It is usually conducted at the beginning of your stay. But if you do have prior medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you. 

Please note that we charge 2,50 € per night to enter and leave your vehicle on the Spa Island. 

Bicycle storage in the garage is 3 € per night.

You may pay with cash in the local currency, credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro), and American Express with the exception of Romania. In some of our hotels we also accept payment with holiday tickets. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.

Our hotel accepts small pets at an additional charge of EUR 35 per night.

On request we lend bowls (2 pcs) on a mat.
