Personel at the reception and in spa was very nice and helpful. Dining was also improved since my last stay in Splendid. Choice of meal and drinks was sufficient and everything was fresh and delisious. But it was very hot in my room 229 and I could not regulate heating. Bathroom need som update, water faucet was broken in the bath.

Overall, my stay was generally good, but I have two important remarks: First, when I made my reservation, I requested an appointment with the doctor on the same day of arrival after 1 PM. I submitted this request well in advance—more than two weeks before my stay—and I also repeated the request again during check-in. I even mentioned that I had no problem receiving my room after 3 PM, despite having a Gold Loyalty Card that normally qualifies me for early check-in. However, none of this was arranged. Second, on the day of departure, I needed room service for no more than two minutes. I called and then went down several times from 9:00 AM until I left the hotel around 10:20 AM, but I did not receive the service. This was my fifth or sixth stay in this hotel, and this incident upset me greatly, especially since I did not receive any apology

Quick and efficient desk check in. Tasty foot. I forgot to request additional pillows and once contacting the desk, my request was completed within 2 hours. Due to high amount of guests our dinner was moved to 19-20:30, when we came to the restaurant at 20:00 we were requested to sit on particular table because the others are ready for breakfast, which I don't like but understand and the stuff already started to pack the dinner at 20:10. I worked in the gastro industry and I understand them, but as a guest I felt little bit overwhelmed with all eyes on me. We didn't realized that "zrkadlisko" procedure cud be mixed ( man and woman together) we always had it separate. I didn't like it this way and I would like to be informed beforehand. I felt uncomfortable.

A good vacation for a reasonable price. Using the pool was difficult due to the large number of people. The parking issue requires a more rational approach.

I been coming to Esplanade for the past 23-25 years. I am now a Gold member but with all sadness in my heart I can’t afford to return. The staff overall excellent. No complaints whatsoever but my bill was out of control. I really appreciate very much all the individuals who make me feel better in attending to all my needs.
