Soft Techniques

What are soft techniques

Soft techniques are various methods of manual therapy that focus on the soft tissues of the body – the skin, subcutaneous tissue, fasciae and muscles. They are carried out by a physiotherapist, who uses various techniques such as palpation, skin friction, tissue extensibility, stretching the fascia as well as carrying out an examination and treatment of painful points.

How soft techniques help

Soft techniques reduce the tension and subsequently the pain in respective soft tissues. This procedure is recommended for chronic neck and back pain, muscle spasms, as well as the release of scar tissue.
