Some of the workers in the spa department need a better service attitude and some are very nice!
The shower head in room 240 needs anti limescale treatment, because the water stream is partiële blocked.

The food in the restaurant has no taste (in response to my wonderful responsible attitude towards guests, I was told that this was possibly due to dietary considerations - in my opinion, even dietary food should be tasty).
I would like to highlight the excellent qualifications and attitude of the head nurse, Silvie Kosinova.

Everything was generally fine, but a very unpleasant incident occurred on the last day. The rude behavior at the reception desk was absolutely unacceptable and ruined the entire stay. We were forced to file a complaint.
