Hotel:Nové Lázně
Some of the workers in the spa department need a better service attitude and some are very nice! The shower head in room 240 needs anti limescale treatment, because the water stream is partiële blocked.

The food in the restaurant has no taste (in response to my wonderful responsible attitude towards guests, I was told that this was possibly due to dietary considerations - in my opinion, even dietary food should be tasty). I would like to highlight the excellent qualifications and attitude of the head nurse, Silvie Kosinova.

Everything was generally fine, but a very unpleasant incident occurred on the last day. The rude behavior at the reception desk was absolutely unacceptable and ruined the entire stay. We were forced to file a complaint.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my stay. The hotel is excellent, the food is of very high quality, and the services provided are professional and well organized. Most of the staff members are very pleasant, kind, and professional, which contributes greatly to the overall positive experience. There is only one small area for improvement. While the majority of the staff are very respectful and customer-oriented, a few individuals could benefit from additional training focused on respectful and client-centered communication. I would also like to emphasize that I visit Hotel Hvězda repeatedly and always with great pleasure. I truly enjoy returning and appreciate the consistently high standard of accommodation and services. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
