Wonderful. The hotel is clean. Breakfast particularly good. I really appreciated the egg cups/holders that are often missing even in five-star hotels. The staff could investigate whether the quantity of water used e.g. for toilet flushing and fine tune the water batteries. In my room, the shower did not distribute water unless turned to maximum. This is not in line with responsible water management and causes extra costs for the hotel. The hotel bar could offer some more salty snacks and more healthy snacks e.g. inspired by modern vegetarian/vegan cook books. The bar has a great potential of properly managed and stocked. There do not seem to be other fancy places in the area. The hotel could also ask guests to mute their phones in the bar. Many of them were playing loud videos and music.

Dear Mrs. Olga, thank you for choosing our hotel Ensana Butterfly for your stay in Mariánské Lázně and for taking the time to share your impressions with us. The issues you mentioned with water when showering and flushing have been checked and reduced, and we will work on a comprehensive solution for savings. We are already working on expanding the range in the Lobby Bar, adding a special product each week, which is always successful.
