Hotel Information A-Z

You can check in to the room and use the services from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out and end of services on the day of departure at 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage can be arranged at the reception.

If you want to check in earlier or check out later, depending on available capacity, it is possible for an additional fee.

Surcharge for checking in earlier: EUR 10 / hour, which includes the hotel's spa services, but not meals and drinks.

Daily room rate (accommodation with breakfast/accommodation with half board): the reservation can be cancelled or modified at any time up to 16:00 local time of the hotel one day before arrival at the latest (except high season and holiday period).

Pre-booking offer: The booking cannot be cancelled or modified.

Individual cancellation rules apply to our package offers, which are described in detail with the packages.

Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge. The hotel will provide an extra bed or cot in their parents’ bedroom. Meal plan for children under 6 years of age is included in the price.

Children between the ages of 6 and 11 receive 50% discount on the meal plan. A fee for the extra bed in the parent’s bedroom will be charged at the applicable rate.

We will arrange your transport by car from the airport to the hotel with pleasure. For more information, please, contact the hotel directly.

Prices include VAT and local city tax. The amount of the tax included in these prices is not shown separately.

You can park your car at the barrier-controlled car park in front of the hotel for HUF 6,500 / EUR 18 per day or at the guarded underground car park in the hotel for HUF 9,500 / EUR 27 per day. To get the discounted parking rate, press the HOTEL button at the barrier when you arrive. If you do not do this, we will be unable to provide you with the parking discount.

Our hotel accepts small pets at an additional charge of EUR 30 per night.

• Pets can be brought into the hotel. They can be kept in the hotel rooms and, under the supervision of the guest, they can use the common areas to access the guest’s room, but they may not be taken into any of the other premises (restaurant, swimming pool, etc).
• The guest will be held fully liable for any damage caused by his/her pet
• Max. 1 pet per room
• Cats and dogs only
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier basket in the common areas of the hotel.
• When booking your room, please let us know that you intend to bring your pet with you.

Please check directly with the selected hotel. Some of our hotels are contracted by the local NHS.

In order to prescribe the correct treatments, a medical check-up and examination by our doctor is obligatory in each of our hotels. It is usually conducted at the beginning of your stay. But if you do have prior medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you. 

You may pay with cash in the local currency or EUR and credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro, American Express). For further information, please contact the hotel directly.

Pets are not allowed in restaurant and wellness area.

Access to the hotel by car is only possible from Árpád Bridge. Take first right to Margitsziget (Margaret Island) – turn left onto the parking lot and continue to the hotel.

Upon arrival press the HOTEL button at the barrier to receive a HOTEL ticket which is necessary for applying the discounted rate.
