Spa & Medical Centre

1. The swimming pool complex is open from 07:00 a.m. till 09:00 p.m. Those, who are not staying at the hotel, can enter till 8:30 p.m. All guests should leave the whole territory of the medical department by 09:00 p.m.!

2. We provide the following for our guests upon entry: 1 locker key per person for the locker, 2 large towels for season pass holders, and 1 large towel per person for hotel guests.

Guests arriving with a day pass can rent towels for 1,000 HUF per towel.

On departure, towels must be dropped off in the textile container at the medical desk.

3. There is a safety box at the cashier. The hotel does not take responsibility for any valuables placed in the lockers or left at the swimming pool.

4. The swimming pool has capacity for 81 people. In case of a full house, those waiting are admitted in the order of arrival. Hotel guests are given priority.

5. If you lose your swimming pool pass, please notify us in writing at the email address below [email protected].

6. Before entering the swimming pool, please use the shower and the foot-disinfector. Please, wear swimdress in the pools.

Sauna can be entered only after shower, without swimsuit or slippers. Please do not use the sauna-bench without towel!

7. The fitness room can only be used in compliance with the rules posted there.

8. Please have your meal and drink only at the appointed area by the Drink bar.

9. It is PROHIBITED:

• to smoke in the whole territory of the medical department,

• to bring along animals in the whole territory of medical department,

• to walk around in street-shoes in the swimming-pool area and in the fitness room,

• to jump into the pools, to splash or to play any ball-game,

• to use the swimming pool in case of infectious skin-disease or open skin injury,

• to allow children into the pool under the age of 2 years (due to hygienic reasons), unless they wear special bathing-napkin

• children can enter the Spa territory with their parents.

10. We recommend using bathing cap.

11. Please take care of the swimming-pool’s order and of each others’ physical condition.

12. The violation of these regulations may result in withdrawing the season ticket and the hotel will not refund its price.

13. Our sun terrace is open every year from 1 May to 30 September, depending on the weather. Closed in bad weather.

Important information:

Pursuant to Section 1.9 of Annex 5 to Hungarian Government Decree No. 510/2023 (XI. 20.):

Children under 14 years of age may only use the services of a public bath under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to bathe in thermal or hydrotherapy pools or those with a water temperature higher than 35 °C. Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.

Children under 14 years of age may use thermal or hydrotherapy pools subject to medical prescription.
