Lovely property with professional customer service. There was an incident with a fire at the hotel that was nothing major but substantially delayed our enjoyment of the property. The management was aminiable to customer service gestures offered.

We had fantastic time at Thermia. Everything we have experienced can be called Five Star! Great, professional, and always welcoming stuff, procedures scheduling, availability, and flexibility were remarkable! Restaurant experience was one of a kind. Variety of food, quality, beautiful heartwarming classic music duo at dinners made stay in Thermia absolutely the best. A few special words about grounds. Park, walks, island location were maintained professionally with love. Proximity of Piestany old town has benefited nicely. We are looking at our schedule to come back most likely in September. 100% we will with a few friends.

It was an amazing experience reminding me of my childhood with my mother and grandmother in Baden Baden. My only criticism is that you don’t have enough rooms with walk in showers. In this era. Most people prefer showers because there is no risk of falling when going in and out of bathtubs. You have bathtub experiences in the spa. It is not needed in bedrooms. Please invest in converting current bathtubs into proper walk in showers with a seat for the elderly to sit while washing.

As a space dedicated to relaxation and wellness, the hotel would benefit greatly from expanding its guest activities to include things like daily water workouts and yoga, etc.
