Hydromassage
What is a hydromassage?
This treatment is carried out in a warm bath at a temperature of 33–36°C using whirling water currents. The hydromassage lasts 15–20 minutes. It is an individual procedure.
How hydromassage helps
The effects of whirling and warm water currents are complex: the pleasant water massage improves blood circulation and metabolism, relaxes stiff muscles, joints and a stressed mind, and stimulates nerve receptors in the skin and dermis to promote body awareness.
