1) špatná matrace, na kraji velmi mekka a prolezela, snadné spadnout.2) hosté u venkovniho bazénu kouří minimálně elektronické cigarety. Plavci je neokrikne, naopak si s nimi vesele povídá a oni při tom dal kouří. 3) pokud mám na dveřích pokoje ceduli, ze nechci úklid a mám i zamčeno, tak je neomlivitelne, ze mi uklizecka zaklepe na dveře a vleze dovnitr!!! I když na ní volám moment a ze nic nechci. 4) kvalita snídani šla bohužel dolů. Kafe dosti odporné, džus je naredena voda. Rozpecene sladké veci nic moc, ale jako i jinde. Pokud potřebujete šetřit na hostech, netolerujte důchodce,kteří chodí s taškami,uvnitř mají sáčky a presypavaji si tam obrovské množství oříšků, mazou milion chlebu sebou. Obsluha to vidět nechce, raději šla jinam
