Accommodation vouchers can be redeemed at the hotels indicated on the voucher for the duration and for the services indicated on the voucher. Value vouchers can be used once, at any Ensana hotel (domestic or foreign) for services provided by the hotel, such as accommodation, meals, all-day spa access, etc., up to the amount indicated on the voucher.

You can redeem our value vouchers in one transaction, we are not able to give back change in cash from the voucher’s value.
