Great stay. One minor issue was the fact that it is apparently forbidden to swim in the swimming pool in the wellness area.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at Ensana Thermia Palace. We sincerely regret that the situation in the wellness area negatively affected your overall impression of your stay. Please allow us to clarify that the indoor pool in our wellness zone is not officially classified as a swimming pool. Due to the higher water temperature (approximately 32°C), its depth, and the absence of designated swimming lanes, it is not intended for continuous lap swimming. We standardly inform our guests of this in advance. However, we are truly sorry that the manner in which this information was conveyed made you feel unwelcome. This is certainly not our intention. Please be assured that the water around the pool is mopped regularly, and our lifeguards will be re-instructed to handle similar situations with greater sensitivity, respect, and a focus on guest comfort. We truly appreciate that you enjoyed our other wellness services, particularly the sauna world. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us continuously improve the quality of our services. Normally a pretty good hotel, Breakfast very sufficient, Mud and Mirror Bath are very helpful, Sauna start at 01:00 PM ist very late, generally, the staff are not very friendly towards foreigners. High priced for this Location

Overall, my stay was generally good, but I have two important remarks: First, when I made my reservation, I requested an appointment with the doctor on the same day of arrival after 1 PM. I submitted this request well in advance—more than two weeks before my stay—and I also repeated the request again during check-in. I even mentioned that I had no problem receiving my room after 3 PM, despite having a Gold Loyalty Card that normally qualifies me for early check-in. However, none of this was arranged. Second, on the day of departure, I needed room service for no more than two minutes. I called and then went down several times from 9:00 AM until I left the hotel around 10:20 AM, but I did not receive the service. This was my fifth or sixth stay in this hotel, and this incident upset me greatly, especially since I did not receive any apology
