Exceptional customer service (helped with the parking, issues with the entry card, even with info about nearby pools), absolutely clean rooms, wonderful food in the restaurants, amazing facilities in the treatment area (Sovata hotel) etc

The stay was great. The room had an amazing view of Lake Ursu, the staff was exceptional, the food was great and the services exceeded our expectations. We will stay again.
