The hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel facilities are really great.
Ensana hotel was recommended to me by Gemini when we compared options in and around Varna.
One of the good points I wanted to mention was the stuff. Specifically, Neli at the front desk was very helpful in moving us to a room with a proper sea view (something we've asked for and didn't get initially) and help us get a "connected twin bed" to accommodate our expectation for a double-bed.
My wife did the massage in the Spa and was very satisfied.
breakfast was also very good, although it would be nice to have an option for non-dairy Late or Cappuccino (wtih Oat or Soya milk, for example).
The Japanese restaurant was ok-ish. Too small portions and too high price.
