1. The presence of the buk beetle.
2. Although the room was presented as newly renovated, there were several maintenance issue there.
The draws at the desk were loose and comming out constantly. Unusable.
The balkony door could not be properly closed, and the damaged door frame had been left unrepaired.
Additionally, the wardrobe sliding doors move on its own and would not stay in place.
3. In general several maintenance issues and beetles, as above ex. affected the overall impression.
