The right lifestyle - the main key to success

  • A balanced, not excessive diet.
  • The meals are freshly cooked, the food is mostly local and seasonal, and the food is healthy traditional cuisine.
  • The main meal is always eaten at noon. Breakfast and dinner are rather small.
  • The food is mainly based on plants: fruit, vegetables, cereals, legumes and herbs. The food is wholesome and as naturally processed as possible.
  • Very little meat is eaten, rather more fish, especially freshwater fish. Meat and fish from factory farming, as well as highly processed meat such as sausages, bacon, hot dogs, burgers etc. are not on the menu.
  • Milk and dairy products such as yoghurt and cheese are consumed in small quantities.
  • Pulses are eaten every day and provide high-quality protein, building blocks and fibre.
  • The food contains very little sugar. Soft drinks and sugary drinks are also unknown.
  • Fresh and traditionally baked bread with few ingredients and sourdough is eaten in small quantities.
  • A handful of nuts and seeds a day provide healthy minerals and fats.
  • The most important drink is water, herbal teas are also very popular. Every now and then a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the company of friends sis enjoyed for pleasure.
