What is Lavatherm/Duotherm

Lavatherm/Duotherm is a plastic pack containing a chemical solution. If preheated, it keeps the heat for a long time and releases it slowly. Similarly, if cooled in a fridge, it may serve as a cold pack.

How Lavatherm/Duotherm helps

As a hot pack placed onto the indicated section of the body, it helps to reduce muscle stiffness, relieve pain and stimulate healing. As a cold pack, it reduces swelling and pain following injuries.
