Check-in to the room and beginning of services at 3:00 p.m. on the arrival day, check-out and end of services at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day. Storage facilities for your luggage are available at the reception.
If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, an additional fee of 13700/21500 HUF will be charged.
Early check-in supplement: valid on the arrival day from 10 am to 3 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.
Late check-out supplement: valid on the departure day from 11 am to 8 pm, use of the hotel’s spa facilities, but without any meals or drinks.
Rates for children of all ages between 1.January – 30. June and 1. September – 31. December

Prices include VAT. The local city tax is not included and has to be paid at the hotel reception. The city tax is HUF 830/person/night (for guests above 18 years of age).
In order to prescribe the correct treatments, a medical check-up and examination by our doctor is obligatory in each of our hotels. It is usually conducted at the beginning of your stay. But if you do have prior medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you.
You can park your car in the car park in front of the hotel. Parking is 2200 HUF/vehicle/day
Our hotel accepts small pets at an additional charge of 30 EUR per night.
- Pets can be brought into the hotel. They can be kept in the hotel rooms and, under the supervision of the guest, they can use the common areas to access the guest’s room, but they may not be taken into any of the other premises (restaurant, swimming pool, etc).
- The guest will be held fully liable for any damage caused by his/her pet
- Max. 1 pet per room

- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier basket in the common areas of the hotel.
- When booking your room, please let us know that you intend to bring your pet with you.
