Spa Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager at Ensana Sairme Resort, located in the Imereti Region, Georgia.

The Spa Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of two spa centers operating within the Sairme Resort, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing spa teams, maintaining and enhancing spa services, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of effective, high-quality treatments, including skin care services.

The role also involves monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving the guest experience to strengthen brand loyalty and uphold Ensana’s international standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Spa Management, including staff supervision and coordination of daily spa operations.

Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of budgeting and financial planning, with the ability to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Practical understanding of skin care techniques and treatments, with the capability to evaluate and enhance spa offerings.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

International brand experience is mandatory.

Balneology experience is an advantage.
