The photos are made by Orosz Dóra ev. individual entrepreneur (registered at: Mária utca 56, 3/3., Budapest,1085 Hungary; web page: https://exxploradora.myportfolio.com/ ), and Tamás Pál Mihály ev. individual entrepreneur (registered at: Mikszáth Kálmán utca 16/2., Maglód, 2234 Hungary; web page: https://www.tamaspal.hu/portfolio/). In doing so, they act as data processor.

The social sites are independent data controllers separate of us. Their data processing practices can be found in the privacy policy of the relevant social networking site.

Purpose of data processing: Promoting the hotel and the hotel chain

Sphere of data: picture (photo)

Period of data processing: Until successful objection

Legal basis of data processing: The legitimate interest of Danubius Hotels Zrt. in promoting the hotel and the hotel chain. You may object to the processing of your data by sending an e-mail or letter to our contact details indicated in item 1. [GDPR article 6. section (1) point f.].

Purpose of the processing: Promoting the hotel and the hotel chain

Scope of data: image (photo)

Duration of the processing: Until the withdrawal of the consent

Legal basis of the data processing: Your consent to the taking of the photograph. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email or letter sent to our contact details specified in point 1. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that preceded it [GDPR Article 6(1)(a)].

Danubius Hotels Zrt. shall use the recording for the following purposes:

• Compiling and publishing video material for sales purposes on ENSANA HOTELS' Facebook pages, own social media pages;
• Forwarding such photo/video material to people interested in the services of our hotels;
• Forwarding such photo/video material to newsletter subscribers;
• Using the images to produce sales promoting prints;
• Forwarding images and video materials to members of the press for publicity or information purposes.

4.Rights of the data subject and enforcement possibilities

You may at any time request information (access) about the processing of your personal data, request the rectification of your data and restrict the processing of your data. In the case of photos or recordings of individuals, you may request the transfer of your data in addition to the above, and may withdraw your consent. In the case of crowd shots, you can object to the data processing. If you feel that your personal data are being processed contrary to regulations of the GDPR, you can complain to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or take your case to court.
