Water Rehabilitation
What is water recovery?
Perhaps better known as water physiotherapy or hydrokinetic therapy, this is a recovery exercise performed in water at a temperature between 29-33 ° C. In many of our spas, we use natural thermal water. The exercises are supervised by a physiotherapist sitting outside the pool.
Benefits of water recovery
Due to the buoyancy, resistance and chemical effects of water, this type of therapy is very effective for people with degenerative diseases of the joints that support weight, but also for postoperative recovery. It is also suitable for overweight people or those who cannot do group exercises on a hard surface.
