Check-in and check-in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out and check-out time is 11:00 on the day of departure. Luggage storage facilities are available at reception.
If you want access to the room earlier or leave the room later, an additional fee applies: 80 Euro at the five-star hotel, 50 Euro at the four-star hotel, 30 Euro at the three-star hotel.

Hungary, Piestany, Sovata: Early arrival supplement: valid on the day of arrival, from 10:00 to 15:00, use of the hotel's spa area, without food and drink included.
Late check-out: valid on the day of arrival, from 11:00 until 16:00, use of the hotel's spa area, without food and drink included.

You can cancel your stay for free up to 7 days before your arrival date, thus avoiding a penalty of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. More details will be available in the offer / confirmation.

Children under the age of 3.99 do not pay for accommodation and half board when a baby cot is used in the parents' bedroom and do not receive treatment.
Children between the ages of 4 and 11.99 receive a 50% discount on the extra bed rate.
If 1 adult with one child or 2 children stays in one room or 2 adults with 2 children in 2 rooms, adults pay the price for a single room.Prices for children's services are as above.

We provide transportation by car from the airport to the hotel. For additional information contact us directly at the hotel.

No additional local fees apply.

We are happy to offer a 5% discount to guests who book a longer stay of 21 nights in Piešťany, Smrdáky or Mariánské Lázně, a longer stay of 14 nights in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata and a 10% discount for guests who Book a minimum stay of 28 nights in Piešťany or Smrdáky or a minimum of 21 nights in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata.

Medical referral is not needed.

In order to prescribe the correct treatments, in our hotels the medical consultation by the hotel doctor is obligatory. This is usually done at the beginning of the stay. If you have had previous medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you.

All treatments begin with medical consultation with the hotel's doctor.

Working hours of doctors: Monday - Friday: 09.00 - 16.00

Working hours of treatment centre: Monday - Saturday: 08.00 - 16.00

Please note that we charge 3 Euros per night to enter and stay with your vehicle in the hotel parking lot.

You may pay with cash in the local currency, Euro (except Romanian citizens) and credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro). 

We accept all types of Romanian Holiday Vouchers (Up/Cheque Vacantes, Edenred, Sodexo), exclusively form the beneficiaries and the acquired package most contain accommodation as well. No deposit can be paid with these vouchers.

We accept pets at a rate of 70 Ron / night.

Pets are not allowed in restaurant and wellness area.
