Part-Time Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the Ensana Headquarters
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with suppliers to keep the workspace functional and welcoming
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
- Manage company car fleet administration and related documentation
- Act as the main point of contact with the building management
- Organize internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
