Health coaching is an integrated approach to health and disease. It takes the form of a guided and focused dialogue between a health coach and a client.
How Health Coaching helps
The aim of a health coach is to help clients find, see and understand how their lifestyle (work, family, eating, drinking, movement habits etc.) relates to their health condition and how can they change whatever unsuitable pattern they find. Additionally, the health coach facilitates clients´ empowerment and individual responsibility for their own health. The natural inner healing power of every individual is brought to light with the aim leadoff leading a healthy and balanced life.
